TPM IT SDN BHD is a wholly owned subsidiary of Technology Park Malaysia Corporation Sdn Bhd (TPM), which plays an agency role under Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI). Since its establishment in 1998, TPM IT Sdn Bhd has become IT arm of TPM Park which responsible to operate and maintain ICT Infrastructure in Technology Park area by providing ICT facilities and services to tenants companies. It is now spreading its wings to serving Government agencies and Government Link Companies (GLCs) for IT related network services including Managed Security Services.
In the same year of establishment, TPM IT Sdn Bhd was successfully granted with Application Service Provider (ASP) and Network Service Provider (NSP) from Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
Network Operation Centre (NOC) was established in year 2000 where its primary function is to monitor infrastructure health, security and capacity beside to ensure optimal network performance and organisational productivity specialised for TPM network and its tenants.
Security Operation Centre (SOC) was then created in year 2011. The SOC is responsible for protecting networks from threat attack, as well as web sites, applications, databases, servers and data centre, and other technologies.
TPM IT strives to complement functionally as an ICT Partner or Alliance in SME Development and Value Added System Integration with all tenant companies and Government agencies on IT Business Development, Network Management and Project Management.
