The TPM network (TPMNet) is one of TPM IT’s unit which was established to meet the challenges of catering to the increasing complexity of user requirements, who expect first class infrastructure. TPMNet is designed for tenants and users who require simple connectivity to the high-speed resident backbone. Connection from each satellite buildings and floors in Incubator 1, Incubator 2, Incubator 3, IRIS, APITT, Innovation House, Enterprise 1, Enterprise 2, Enterprise 3A, Enterprise 3B, Enterprise 4, Resource Centre, Robotic Centre and Master Centre is using multimode fiber optic connection. To ensure security, the service to each company is isolated into their own virtual LAN (VLAN).

TPMNet major function or service is providing leased lines and Internet Access with Dedicated Bandwidth network series to TPM tenant companies, TPM Corporation and TPM College. TPMNet exclusively provides pure dedicate line without any added application to TPM tenant companies, TPM Corporation and TPM College. TPMNet’s area of coverage or last mile connectivity is within Technology Park Malaysia at Bukit Jalil.

TPMNet also offers TPM tenants space to host their servers in its data center. TPMNet’s offer comes at very competitive rates while users stand to take advantage of wide bandwidth Internet backbone connectivity and multiple levels of redundancy. The data center is located on the 2nd floor of Enterprise 4, on TPM campus, fully equipped with a proximity card access system, telco-hardened facilities, onsite UPS and generator, four levels of power redundancy, fire detection and suppression systems, precision air conditioning, and an equipment staging area.

1. Server Hosting

TPM IT is now offering TPM tenants to locate their servers in its data centre. Our offer comes at very competitive rates while users stand to take advantage of wide bandwidth Internet backbone connectivity and multiple levels of redundancy.

 Terms & Conditions:

• An additional 5% discount is granted to MSC status companies.
• The minimum service period for TPMNet Server Hosting services is 12 months.
• The rates quotes are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are subject to change without notice.
• All payments shall be made to TPM IT Sdn. Bhd.
• Payment is quarterly or yearly and must be made in advance.
• Inclusive of 24 x 7 technical supports.
• All TPMNet Terms and Conditions apply.
• No routers required but a firewall is strongly recommended.
• TPMNet is only last-mile ISP in Malaysia to provide BGP routing (full redundancy and automatic fail-over) with both TELEKOM and GLOBAL TRANSIT.
• TPMNet equipment enjoys 4 levels of power redundancy.

Our Data Centre is located on the 2nd floor of the Enterprise 4 building on TPM campus. Our data centre is fully equipped with a proximity card access system, telco-hardened facilities, Onsite UPS and generator, 4 levels of power redundancy, fire detection and suppression systems, precision air conditioning, and an equipment staging area.

The pricing is inclusive of rack space (quarter rack, half rack or full rack (42U) with secured cabinet doors; LAN points (speed of 100 Mbps), Network monitoring, and dedicated bandwidth.

Our Data Centre has four levels of power redundancy:

1st level: Solar power
2nd level: Solar batteries
3rd level: Tenaga Nasional Berhad
4th level: Enterprise 4 generator

2. Dedicated Internet Access

Dedicated internet access is a leased line, high-bandwidth connectivity between the company's LAN and the Internet. Leased lines are available in 1Mbps and above. It's an ideal solution for companies with high-volume connectivity applications, like Web servers, active networks, large data and file transfers, and multimedia.

Unlike DSL or Cable circuits, leased lines are dedicated to you 100%. They are NOT a shared resource. Leased lines are monitored 24x7x365 on both ends - at the TELCO, and at the Internet Point of Presence (POP). This gives you maximum uptime, along with super-fast speed.
